Apsara Luxury Bangkok Dinner Cruise By Banyan Tree Hotel – Apsara is a restored vintage rice barge that serves a freshly cooked royal Thai set dinner on the Chao Phraya, run by Banyan Tree Hotel.
The four-course Thai set menu is prepared in the onboard kitchen instead of a buffet, with a welcome drink, as the boat passes illuminated temples and skyscrapers.
