"I have just returned from my vacation and as requested am sending you the feedback on my stay at the Amari Atrium, Bangkok from Mar 6 to Mar 8, 2003.
To say the least we were very impressed with the overall status of the hotel in every way from the reception to the dining room staff, eventhough we checked in - in the wee hours of the morning at 2am. In all we enjoyed the couple of days stay at this location which was slightly out of the business and shopping centres but were also impressed with the ammenities that this hotel has. The breakfast that was provided was an experience ! Nevertheless, we would definitely choose this hotel again should we travel to Bangkok in future.
Your services has been excellent and very impressive with the details provided on completion of the reservation. We trust that you keep up the good work in this.
