My family and I was there in early in '03. It's disappointed me, really. We selected to stay in a suite room with seaview and water park view because we preferred extraordinary service. The view was great but all furnitures in the room including air conditioning system were terribly old and noisy. We were surprised that 2 bedrooms had to share 1 air conditioner.We found that many of big tour groups prefer this place because of economical price. No privacy available here. For my family, no more checking in...

The hotel is a great deal for the price that I paid, $33 for 2 persons a night including breakfast. It is located near the beach. You have a lot of facilities, including a water world park. Via the beach road you can walk to Jontiem beach. If you are interested in the typical Pataya night-life, then you need to take a taxi.
