Since the opening of the Golden Sands in 1992 we have established a major luxury beach resort hotel located in the area of Cha-am. Just 2 1/2 hours easy drive south of Bangkok or on 40 minutes by air. The facilities on offer are as one would expect of a 5-star Hotel, the management are constantly finding ways to improve and upgrade the level of service provided for guests, but never losing the personal touch of an independent family run hotel. Guest's are made to feel totally at home from the moment they arrive with welcoming drinks.

Special remark from the Hotel
The renovation and upgrade plan for the hotel will include
- Refurnishment of all 226 Deluxe Rooms and Suites, start by middle of May and to be completed by October 31st, 2003
- Redecorating of lobby area, start by 20th. May and to be ready by September 1st, 2003.
Please kindly note the renovation programe will be professionally managed without any noise pollution and inconvenien for disturbance to our guests.
