Location

Hotel Plaza Athenee Bangkok offers 382 spacious rooms including 92 very large deluxe rooms and 28 suites. All rooms have been designed with the comfort and conveniences of leisure and business travellers in mind.
All rooms overlook beautiful vistas of Bangkok with no tall buildings within 200 metres. They are elegantly appointed with king or twin beds, very large window and furnished with a work desk, sofa or armchair and chairs and are well lit. The bathroom is spacious, has full shower.
The rooms also have fast Internet access, voice mail, two-line IDD telephones, latest flat-screen TV with satellite/cable TV programs, video on command, fax machine on request, private in-room safe, minibar, coffee-making facilities and bathrobes and slippers.
There are also rooms for disabled and non-smoking floors.

Our Chinese restaurant serves the finest Cantonese cuisine prepared by our Chef from Hong Kong. For lunch there is a large selection of Dim Sum. SPENT 3 NIGHTS AT PLAZA ATHENEE 22/11/02 TO 25/11/02. PURCHASED SUPERIOR ROOM WITH ABF INCLUDED. GREAT LOCATION. LESS THAN 100 METERS FROM SKYTRAIN PLATFORM AND DOWN THE STREET FROM US EMBASSY. ONLY 30 MINUTES FROM AIRPORT, CLOSE TO EXPRESSWAY. ONLY DRAWBACK IS THAT IT DOES NOT ENJOY THE BREEZE FROM THE RIVER. ROOM WAS ABOVE AVARAGE IN SIZE AND AMENITIES, STAFF WAS INCREDIBLY ATTENTIVE AND CHARMING [NOT FAKE]. AMERICAN BREAKFAST, INCLUDED IN ROOM RATE, HAD LOTS OF VARIETY, BUT VERY AVARAGE TASTE. OVERALL, FOR THE $100/NIGHT RANGE, THE PLAZA ATHENEE IS AN INCREDIBLE BUY.
