A 4 star hotel in a 5 star location, but a 3 star facilities and service. Not a bad place, but not excellent. Not even a newspapers to read in the lobby, no guest comments card in the room. Good food in the restaurant (the Italian one), but why don't they serve free water during dinner?! Most chanels did not worked on the T.V. Very poor minibar in the room.

Very well-located opposite World Trade Center and close to the Sky Train, which can take you places where you don't have to be stuck in the infernal traffic. Personally I appreciated the airconditioned gym, which gave me an hour to take care of myself.
